Question by jim d: commerce west insurance company??? Liability?
I got in a Automotive accident with my girl friend in her Automotive. We were at fault, but the other driver did not have license. Me and my girl friend were taken to the hospital, me with a cut on my head requiring 10 staples. The other driver did not file an insurance claim. My girl friends mother is not filing any type of insurance claim. I HAVE NO HEALTH INSURANCE AT ALL.
